We LOVE these in our house, and use them on a daily basis.  They are great for headaches, tense neck & shoulder muscles, and make you feel warm and cozy. 

Handmade by Jaime using high quality cotton fabric and thread.

The pack offers 7 rice-filled compartments designed to lay comfortably on the neck and shoulders.  Comes with a unique removable cover that is machine wash/dry, to keep the hot pack clean and useable for years!

Knot Pack instructions:

Warm rice pack in microwave for approximately 2 - 2.5 minutes.

Re-warm and needed.
